Membership Building Contests!

To June 30, 2017:

1. Retention and Membership Growth
Clubs that retain 90% of their membership, grow their membership by 5 or reach 20 members will have their names drawn for $150 or a club banner

2. Distinguished Area and Division
First Division Director with a Distinguished Division will receive a Toastmaster Briefcase; 2 Area directors to that get their Areas to be Distinguished first will receive a Briefcase

3. Buddy Club
All Buddy Club visits completed will receive a Buddy Club Ribbon. When you have completed your visit send your report to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Starting July 1, 2017:

1. Speechcraft/ Boot Camp

  1. Register your Speechcraft/ Boot Camp with the Chairperson (Laurette Greenlay).
  2. Show a Plan to the Chairperson; either 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
  3. Receive your Toastmasters Speechcraft Kit.
  4. Sign up two (2) new members from the Speechcraft/Boot Camp Session.
  5. Receive District recognition (prize).

2. Open House

  1. Notify the Club Growth Director with date(s), time, place.
  2. Advertise your Open House.
  3. Sign up two (2) new members from the Open House.
  4. Receive District recognition (prize).

3. Club Coach

  1. Sign up with my Club Coach Chair to become a club coach.
  2. Two (2) years help take the club to Distinguished Status.
  3. Complete the Distinguished Status in one (1) year.
  4. Receive District recognition (prize).

4. Buddy Clubs

  1. Attend at least two (2) other regular club meetings in your Buddy List.
  2. A minimum  of Three (3) Toastmasters must attend the Buddy Club meetings.
  3. Show the Buddy Club chair three Toastmasters attended the meeting and participated.
  4. Receive District recognition (prize).

5. Unlock the Power of Social Media

  1. Create a new club Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or other popular social media presence.
  2. Monitor the number of Guests who come to your meetings as a result of seeing it on your new social media page.
  3. Gain at least Two (2) new members as a result of your new social media presence.
  4. Receive District acknowledgement and participate in a draw of all clubs entered.
